A new residence and representation facility-The ambition and location for this new building have made possible a facility on a unique scale, never before undertaken at Hackholmssund.
To realise the project’s potential and its international reputation, our proposed villa is in tune with the surrounding nature and landscape. A basic concept is to optimise the property’s utility for various forms of meetings by varying the interiors from more intimate living quarters with traditional furnishings to a more open lounge area with exquisite contemporary design features, panoramas and spacious outdoor terraces.

The design concept for the villa constitutes a robust but contemporary response to the unique and profoundly dramatic landscape of the lake Mälaren with its rocks and tall, proud pine trees. The materials are solid. Granite for the podium and the terraces, oak panels for the cantilevered upper floor.
